In 2009, Sigrid Sayos, a seasoned restaurateur, transformed their parents’ home in Alfonso, Cavite into Lime and Basil, which quickly became a culinary haven for Thai-inspired cuisine.
Growing and Evolving
Today, Lime and Basil has expanded to include branches in Okada Manila and Baguio. Our dedication to excellence has earned us recognition from prestigious publications like Philippine Tatler’s Dining list for four years in a row.
